OCRV Center bills 16 carriers directly, which means you pay your deductible rather than fronting the whole repair. In California you choose the shop, so a carrier can recommend a program facility but cannot require you to use one.

Do you work with Progressive on RV claims?

Yes, directly. Progressive is one of the more common carriers we see on recreational vehicle work and their supplement process is well documented, which makes hidden damage claims relatively straightforward when the photographs are there.

My carrier says I have to use their shop. Is that true?

No. In California the choice of repair facility is yours. A carrier can recommend a direct repair program shop and can tell you it guarantees that shop, but it cannot require you to use one.
